We took a road trip to Vegas for Vijay's spring break (Brave husband driving wife, autistic son, & mother in-law on a long road trip). We were worried that the changes would be to much for Vijay but he did wonderful & had a blast (husband did very well too). One of our favorite places to visit was the M&M factory. I love gardening. I am one of those people who anxiously waits for spring. I usually put in new plants way too early. Colorado had a harsh winter, even the snow lovers are wishing for warmer days. It is beautiful today with a forecast that is finally reaching into the 70's. Above are pics of our 2007 tulips not yet in full bloom. Below are last years tulips.

This is our 5 year old son Vijay. He brings so much joy to us & is the most loving person I know. Vijay is also included in the 1 in 150 children who are diagnosed with autism. You can learn more about autism here. Happy Friday!

Blog Baby Blog

This is my first posting. Blogging is pretty new to me. I love reading them & became a blog addict when a friend of mine told me about them. I'll probably need to learn about blog etiquette as I go along. I was going to take some time before I got started but this guy...that would be my husband encouraged me to start one up. He also said stuff like, the thing about a blog is that you need to post everyday or people will get bored. I'll just take it one day at a time...
